IMDSR / House
A house that remembers every room differently
The entrance is not a homepage and the rooms are not sections. They are places where memory settles unevenly, as it does in old houses with thin walls.
House notes
Navigation
Each door leads to a room that remembers something else.
The house does not organize itself by category. A sentence in one room may quietly answer something left unfinished in another.
journal
Journal
A desk where the first version of a thought is left alone until it quiets down.
letters
Letters
An address that never arrives on time, though it is always written clearly.
gallery
Gallery
Frames that keep the rain, the chair, and the doorway in the order memory prefers.
library
Library
Shelves that answer questions the journal only manages to ask.
now
Now
The note pinned up where the corridor can still see it.
sanctum
Sanctum
The locked room at the end of the hall, waiting for a key that has not been named.
Atmosphere
The light stays low so the dust can remain visible.
Soft contrast, old corners, and slow movement keep the place from feeling designed. It should feel discovered instead.
The house should never feel new. It should feel tended to in passing: a lamp straightened, a book left open, a window closed before the rain arrives.
